Experience true union of mind, body and spirit as master teacher, Marti Foster, takes you on a journey through gentle stretches, supporting postures for proper body allignment and guided meditation to ease you toward the homecoming of spiritual awareness.

Fee:
$12 per class - $10 per class for CSL members - Seniors free

90 minute yoga class - 30 minute guided meditation
Bring your own mat, towel and any yoga props you wish to use.
