the ancient yogic seers call Nirvikalpa, the state of free-of-thought
constructs. Marti will help you create a natural gateway for your
mind to ease into states of introspection, contemplation, meditation,
and sleep.

- 20-minute restful pranayama practice
- Sleep-promoting asanas synchronized with easy breathing
