Couple's Prenatal Yoga:

A beautiful way for expectant parents
to connect with each other and their baby.

This workshop will include practicing postures together as a couple AND independently for personal re-balancing. Enjoy meeting other expectant parents in a fun and creative environment. Experience the benefits of yoga.
